We at HEK are looking for a new
Online Marketing Specialist (m/f/d). The position is initially for 18 months.


The main task of our marketing department is to inform customers and potential HEK clients about the services, benefits, and advantages of HEK.

This is done through various social media channels and our own website.


Your responsibilities with us:

  • You plan and create social media content and campaigns for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • You also bring creative ideas for managing the content on our company website.
  • You work with agencies for search engine optimization (SEO) and campaign planning (SEA).
  • Content marketing through newsletters, news, and ads is also part of your tasks.

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed vocational training in marketing and/or communication or a comparable qualification
  • Practical work experience in online marketing (website, social media)
  • Ideally, some knowledge of analysis tools and ads
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MacOS, Adobe programs, and the content management system TYPO
  • Enjoyment in creating written content
  • A creative and independent work style
