- Assist in general clerical duties required to accomplish general accounting, accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping, and accounts payable.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Prepare reports, forms and correspondence.
- Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), working knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Interest or experience with sales and use tax a plus.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.
