Your responsibilities:


  • Operational sales and performance controlling, especially for vehicle quantities and labor values for the company's business areas of vehicle logistics, transport logistics & forwarding, service workshop, and vehicle construction
  • Development of control instruments, KPIs, and reports for targeted analysis and evaluation of performance figures and process flows
  • Creation of annual and monthly plans, as well as regular management reports
  • Regular coordination with clients in the role of representative and first point of contact for clients in the planning, bidding, and invoicing process
  • Preparation of bid calculations, as well as organization and tracking of bid and contract management
  • Creation and regular updating of price lists and customer contracts, as well as conducting postcalculation
  • Participation in the ongoing cost and investment planning for the operational business and administrative areas
  • Creation and development of local work instructions and internal control systems to ensure compliance regulations, including antitrust law and bidding processes
