Our groundbreaking digital platform for regenerative agriculture is already being used by thousands of farmers.

By partnering with companies, particularly in the food industry, we offer financial compensation to farmers for their regenerative practices and provide high-quality advisory services.

With support from top investors such as Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures, and AgFunder, we are now expanding our team and seeking a Head of Product with experience to help us continuously improve our digital product.

Responsibilities:
As our Head of Product, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital platform.

Working closely with our leadership team and founders, you will be responsible for ensuring that our farmer platform aligns with our vision and company goals.

Depending on your background and focus, your responsibilities may include:

Developing and implementing product strategies in line with our company vision
Managing the product roadmap and coordinating with individual teams and the leadership team
Overseeing the product process, including coordination between our tech, design, and agriculture teams, managing teams, and owning documentation
Conducting user testing and generating insights
Analyzing and tracking product usage and impact on end users
Managing the product team and mentoring product managers to become product leaders
