Your Profile:


  • Preferably completed training as a legal assistant (m|w|d), legal specialist (m|w|d), or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a legal assistant (m|w|d), preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and independent work style, as well as team spirit

Your Tasks:


  • Supporting our lawyers (m|w|d) through efficient and confident organization of daily office tasks
  • Maintaining client data and timely preparation of all necessary client documents
  • Managing invoicing according to the German Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG)
