About us

We are looking for an integration coach (m/f/d) for long-term unemployed individuals to join our team in Schwerin. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) but part-time options are also available.

At the Business Education Center, our goal is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in society and find a job that brings them joy.

As an integration coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their path to the job market and helping them integrate into society.

If you enjoy problem-solving, developing perspectives together, and have patience and a positive attitude, you will find a diverse and challenging role with us.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling and support to longterm unemployed individuals or those facing difficulties in entering the job market
  • Develop solutions and measures for job market integration and social participation
  • Coordinate with other professionals and institutions to ensure the best possible support
Profile

  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification in the social field
  • Experience working with individuals in need of support for reentering the workforce
  • Empathy, communication skills, and intercultural competence
  • Enthusiasm and responsibility
  • Enjoy working in a team
