For over 100 years, Caritas has been active in Krefeld. With around 1400 employees, we are the largest welfare association in our region.

Caritas in the Krefeld region offers 38 services and facilities at 25 different locations for the people of Krefeld and Meerbusch. Our services range from 7 nursing homes and 5 outpatient care services to 3 facilities for child and youth welfare, as well as several part-time facilities and various counseling services.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for Payroll and Compensation (m/f/d) to join our Human Resources department on a permanent basis, starting immediately or at a later date.

The position is to be filled with a minimum of 30 hours per week, but we are also open to full-time employment with 39 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

  • You will independently and reliably manage the timely and accurate payroll for all employees, taking into account operational, collective bargaining, tax, and social security issues, with your team of 7 employees
  • You will also be responsible for day-to-day operations and the management of your own team
  • You will be in charge of independently implementing projects
  • As a competent contact person, you will be available to answer any questions regarding payroll for employees
