Inclusion Specialist (m/f/d) / Early Childhood Educators (m/f/d) in Part-time (30 hours) or Full-time in Norristown, GA

Your responsibilities:

Support and integrate children with individual support needs into daily group activities
Provide individual therapeutic support for children with special needs in both individual and group settings
Plan, implement, and reflect on pedagogical work
Observe and document developmental processes
Collaborate with team members, parents, and institutions

Your qualifications:

Staterecognized degree in Special Education (m/f/d), Inclusion Specialist (m/f/d), Early Childhood Education (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Enjoyment and enthusiasm for this wonderful profession
Openness and tolerance towards children, parents, and their life situations
Knowledge of child development and therapeutic support measures
Passion for supporting and promoting children
Previous work experience is desirable
Ability to work independently and show commitment within a team
