For our client, a social organization based in Munich, we are currently looking for an administrative employee (m/f/d) in part-time (20 hours) to support the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and correspondence to members
- Accompanying and assisting blind or visually impaired employees
- Performing other administrative tasks
- General sales of aids and equipment
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as an office management clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the commercial sector
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Social competence and a communicative nature
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style
