Start as a
Construction and Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/d) as soon as possible in full-time (38.5 hours/week) or part-time.


Your tasks:


  • Planning, coordination and technical supervision of renovation and maintenance projects in coordination with architects
  • Review and ensure compliance with construction performance, acceptance of construction performance and documentation of project phases in terms of technical aspects, costs and quality
  • Tendering, commissioning, implementation support, invoice verification and acceptance of construction measures in the context of public procurement law
  • Planning and implementation of smaller construction projects or changes in use of premises
  • Optimization of energy efficiency, participation in budget and investment planning

Your profile:


  • Completed university degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, completed training as a technician in the field of construction technology or comparable qualification combined with several years of professional experience
