We are currently seeking an
Purchasing Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Bielefeld.


Your responsibilities

  • Independent execution and support of larger inquiry processes with suppliers, with a focus on electronic components
  • Material disposition, in particular timely and costeffective placement of orders
  • Operational procurement, including further coordination with the supplier, such as clarifying delivery dates, tracking deadlines, managing reminders, and maintaining order confirmations
  • Supplier search, bundling of suppliers, and implementation of procurement strategies specific to product groups
  • Creation of necessary purchasing master data at the material and purchasing info record level
  • Preparation of evaluations

Your profile

  • Completed training as a specialist in materials management or equivalent
  • Proven several years of experience in global procurement of electronic parts and electronic assemblies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3 (MM)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
