Softdoor GmbH is a company that primarily implements projects in the areas of health, life, and work. Our target group is people with health limitations and multiple barriers under the Social Code II.
We are currently seeking a Job Coach (m/f/d) to join our team at our Neuwied location, to support our measures for health and employment within the framework of social participation.
Your Opportunity:
You will work in a motivated interdisciplinary team of doctors, health coaches, psychologists, and psychological coaches. You will mediate and implement various topics related to labor market-related issues.
This includes:
- Creating a development plan
- Developing a labor marketrelevant profile
- Conducting a training needs analysis
- Assisting with the development of job applications
