Pension Law Specialist (m/f/d) - Legal fundamental topics in the growth market of occupational pension schemes

Responsibilities:

You will examine legal issues in the field of occupational pension schemes and related areas of law and independently develop solutions, taking into account legislation, case law, administrative practices, and legal literature.
You will analyze new requirements from legislation, case law, and regulation and derive recommendations for action.
You will be responsible for designing and ensuring the quality of transparent and legally secure processes and documents.
You will bring your legal expertise to diverse projects, such as product projects, digitalization projects, and marketing campaigns.
You will act as a liaison with various partner departments and thus take on responsibility for a broad range of tasks.
You will support management in legal issues related to occupational pension schemes, e.g. by preparing decision templates.
