Join the diverse team at our expanding IDPH licensed Home Health Agency


Duties include:

communicate with referral sources, intake of new patients, communicate with existing patients; coordinate with clinical field staff, QA staff, and biller.

Requires minimum 5 years experience in home health, 2+ years experience with AXXESS HH medical records software. Reports to agency Intake and EMR Coordinator. Full time in office. Knowledge of EXCEL a plus. Strong communication skills needed. Pay commensurate with experience and will be salaried. Other benefits negotiable. Secure parking on site. Friendly office environment. Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
