We are looking for a commercial clerk (m/f/d) in Leipzig, Germany for the processing of bonus card related tasks in Kinston, AL.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing of new customer applications, account clarifications, and changes to master data
- Sending replacement cards and partner cards
- Consultation on redeeming rewards, shipping options, and potential additional payments
- Sending informational material to interested parties
- Telephone callback service for customer inquiries
