Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work in a BSL2 environment and will be responsible for conducting experiments such as:
- Culturing HEK293T cells and transfecting DNA/siRNA
- Coimmunoprecipitation experiments
- Immunofluorescence assays
- Realtime qPCR
- Molecular cloning and plasmid purification
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related field
- Previous experience in a molecular biology laboratory preferred (e.g. Western blot, qPCR, tissue culture of standard cell lines)
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, reliably, and in an organized manner
- Good communication skills in English
- Must pass a medical examination
