For the
Center for Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy and Early Rehabilitation (ZPPF), we are looking for a
Deputy Head (m/f/d) of the Therapeutic Department to start on July 1, 2023:

At the Center for Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy and Early Rehabilitation, experienced therapists from the fields of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and neuropsychology work closely together in an interdisciplinary team.


Your responsibilities:


  • Supporting the management in leading an interdisciplinary team of therapists in tasks related to organization, administration, and development
  • Participation in quality management
  • Point of contact for employees, colleagues, and interface partners
  • Planning, conducting, and documenting team meetings and internal training sessions
  • Ensuring highquality and patientcentered service delivery
  • Creating duty and vacation schedules for the responsible area
  • Conducting employee discussions
- as well as providing qualified physiotherapy treatment for inpatients of the hospital together with the interdisciplinary ZPPF
