Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coding Manager to join our team.

As a Coding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coding operations and ensuring accurate and efficient coding practices.

This is a vital role in our organization, as accurate coding is essential for proper reimbursement and compliance with coding guidelines.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise a team of coders, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Ensure compliance with all coding guidelines, regulations, and standards
  • Review and analyze coding accuracy and productivity reports
  • Develop and implement coding policies and procedures
  • Stay uptodate with changes in coding regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve codingrelated issues
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor productivity levels of coders and implement strategies to optimize efficiency
  • Provide ongoing education and training to coders to enhance their skills

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of medical coding systems, such as ICD10CM, CPT, and HCPCS
  • Proficient in using coding software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex medical records
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in coding assignments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments

$77, $112,000.00 per year
