What to expect

  • You will handle inquiries, disruptions, and requirements by phone and email (1st level support) and independently find solutions in initial contact with users.
  • You will initiate immediate measures and more complex disruptions with appropriate pre-qualification to downstream support units.
  • Ensuring the availability of the service desk during service hours is part of your responsibilities.
  • Outside of service hours, you will take turns with your colleagues to participate in (holiday) on-call duty.
  • You will create and maintain documentation and solution descriptions for standard requirements.

What sets you apart

  • You have a degree in IT (e.g. IT specialist).
