Your Responsibilities:


  • Ordering of raw materials, auxiliary materials, operating materials, tools, and other operational needs
  • Commissioning and monitoring of external services
  • Checking and booking of order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
  • Reporting of complaints to suppliers and handling of complaints until they are fully resolved and closed
  • Inventory control and monitoring
  • Regular review and adjustment of order quantities and minimum/maximum stock levels
  • Obtaining and comparing quotes
  • Obtaining information for article master data maintenance from suppliers
  • Regular communication with other departments within the company

Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Ideally, professional experience in purchasing
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of English
