Your Responsibilities

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the HR Management department with four HR BPs / support employees as the location's responsible HR Business Partner
  • Consulting and support for managers and employees in all personnelrelated matters
  • Full responsibility for recruiting, planning, and change processes
  • Proactive sparring partner for management at the location
  • Trustful cooperation with works council and superiors
  • Participation in interdisciplinary strategic HR projects

Our Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in economics or social sciences, alternatively comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience as an HR Business Partner with leadership experience
  • Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment to our internal and external customers
  • Absolute discretion and a confident and profitable appearance
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
