I am looking for a Visual Marketing Designer (m/f/d) for my client, a well-known young fashion retailer, for a permanent position with my client (no temporary work).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for successful product presentation in the store
Analyze and monitor store layout and develop optimization potentials
Plan and conduct visual merchandising trainings for the store team
Customer consultation and sales

Requirements:

Completed design and/or commercial education
Several years of professional experience in visual merchandising
Creativity and sense for trends
Experience in conducting trainings is desirable
Proficient in working with business metrics
Strong planning and organizational skills
Passion for fashion and identification with the brand
Teamwork, communication skills, and flexibility
