    • We have a wonderful Full-Time Case Management opportunity with our Clinical Team at Evoke Wellness at Cohasset.

    He or she will provide individuals with support, understanding, empathy, education, treatment plans, groups, individualized care, and manage the case management aspect of the cases assigned under the direction of the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor.

    Be the point person regarding clinical/case management concerns as it relates to patient care.

    • Develop and run groups as assigned based on relapse prevention, recovery, coping skills, independent living, process groups and other topics that will help those in recovery gain the skills and knowledge for a life in recovery.
    • Maintains the confidentiality of all patient and facility activities.
    • Complies with Policies and Procedures.
    • Accepts and utilizes supervision
    • Completes all tasks with concern for work quality and within the standards of compliance set by state, joint commissions, insurance, and federal guidelines.
    Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies.

    • Knowledge and competency in problem solving, stress management, ethics and team building. Alcohol and addictive drugs and their physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual impact on the individual. Ability to determine if a medical emergency exists and to take appropriate action, when necessary.
    • Knowledge of Federal, State and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction, including: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.) Education & Work Experience
    • Six-month or more years of experience in the Human Services field or a related field.
    • CADC or LADC 2 Certification preferred (will help work towards obtaining this while employed with Evoke Wellness if one desires)
