Description

Full-time Nanny/Family Assistant needed in Somerville, NJ beginning in June

Children:
B2.5, Baby OTW late June

Hours:
M-F 8am-4pm

Pay:
Commensurate with Experience, OTB

Nanny Responsibilities include:

all daily care tasks related to the children, developmental milestone activities, creating an engaging and stimulating environment, crafts, outdoor time, and transportation to/from activities.

Family Assistant Responsibilities include:
meal preparation for the family, errands, grocery shopping, family laundry, general household organization and maintenance.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. Flexibility to stay late on an off day where a work meeting may run late is appreciated.

Mom and Dad will have parental leave for the new baby covering about 6 months of initial care.

Compensation:
family is offering an hourly rate commensurate with nanny's experience. Position includes weekly Pay via payroll and industry standard benefits (2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, federal holidays off, mileage reimbursement for use of a personal vehicle for work purposes)

Requirements:

3+ years of childcare/household experience

Eligible to work in the US

Reliable transportation

Clean driving record and criminal background

Fluent English

CPR/First Aid Certified

Flu, TDAP, Covid Vaccinations
