Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) / Inside Sales

Your main responsibilities:

Managing a defined international customer base
Telephone and written communication with customers
Conducting price calculations, creating and tracking offers
Order processing and ensuring timely and proper delivery to our customers
Export processing and customs handling
Maintaining customer master data, price lists, and article data in SAP
Handling complaints and claim management

Your profile:

Solid commercial education and several years of professional experience in international sales support, preferably in the field of technical semi-finished products or technically complex products
Experience in independent export processing and price calculation
Technical affinity / good technical understanding
