The Academy for Dental Continuing Education Karlsruhe is an institution of the State Dental Association of Baden-Württemberg and a public corporation.

In our modern specialist center, more than 10 dentists and 50 dental assistants work together. We also operate our own dental laboratory for the production of prosthetics.

The Academy for Dental Continuing Education Karlsruhe is the oldest institution of its kind and has developed continuing education for dentists and dental personnel in its current form.

Our portfolio includes numerous advanced training courses and curricula.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and visitors.
You are the contact person for the concerns of patients.
Organizing a smooth process for patient admission from registration to treatment and discharge.
Appointment management: You answer incoming calls and assign patients to the correct departments. You make appointments or reschedule them.
You act as the interface between patients and administration.
You coordinate contacts between referring physicians and specialists at the academy.

You have a confident demeanor and are friendly, resilient, and highly serviceoriented in dealing with patients.
Responsibility is your top priority.
