Your Responsibilities

Consulting TCS on all legal issues related to public tenders and participation in them
Creating and negotiating contracts with existing and new customers in collaboration with relevant departments
Advising on requirements and compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
Identifying and creating solutions to avoid legal risks for the company
Supporting sales and project teams with daily contract management questions
Regular reporting according to internal guidelines

Your Qualifications

Completed 2nd state examination and admission as a lawyer/syndicate lawyer in Germany
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally from working in an IT or software
