in an employee or civil servant position.


Your tasks:


  • You support and advise our managers on strategic, organizational, and personnelrelated issues
  • You coach and empower our managers in leadership/personnel matters
  • You advise our managers on personnel budget planning and salary matters
  • You collect and analyze our personnel key figures and use them as a basis for your consulting work
  • You contribute to the HR strategy and strategic HR projects/topics, taking into account modern HR
