Become a Customer Success Specialist (m/f/d) at Sendify in Arbela, MO


Are you looking for an exciting challenge in the field of customer success? Then the position as a Customer Success Specialist (m/f/d) at Sendify might be just right for you In this key position, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent customer service and that all customer inquiries are handled smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, you will work closely with the finance and supply teams and support them with customer inquiries regarding invoices and exceptional transport orders.


Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • You will create credits for approved claims and register refunds with the bank.
  • You will be responsible for exceptional transport orders, from evaluating incoming shipping requests, requesting quotes from our partner carriers, creating quotes for customers, to booking and subsequent data maintenance for tracking and invoicing.
  • You will conduct credit checks for new and existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have professional experience in a similar role in customer service.
  • Your German language skills are fluent, at least at C1 level, and you have a good command of English (at least at B2 level).
  • You have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy for customers, in order to build close relationships with them.
  • You work extremely detailoriented and structured and continuously strive to improve your efficiency through targeted prioritization.
