- Work closely with the Tech Strategy & Transformation lead to shape a robust Technology strategy that focuses on innovation, portfolio rationalization, and alignment with the investment strategy to drive modernization and productivity
- Maintain a consolidated strategic view of WEX's technology modernization initiatives
- Advocate for WEX technology's AI & Automation strategy and ensure effective execution
- Define outcomes and metrics to measure progress towards the tech strategic vision
- Establish and enhance executive governance structure and best practices within technology
- Act as a capitalization process expert and collaborate with finance to facilitate funding decisions and strategic planning
- Create analyses that effectively communicate portfolio performance based on key metrics and outcomes
- Provide consultancy to Technology and Digital Senior leadership
- Summarize content from various sources to create impactful visualizations and strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) or related field from an accredited institution. (MBA Preferred) 3+ years of experience in Technology or financial services strategy; consulting experience is advantageous
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree
- Self-starter with the ability to think strategically in complex environments
- Strong summarization skills to extract key insights from detailed information
- Financial acumen and experience in finance, accounting, or related areas preferred
- Capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Join our Office of the CTO team at WEX during this exciting growth phase, where we are expanding our strategy, agility, operations, and enablement teams to shape the future platforms. You'll actively contribute to defining our technology strategy and driving growth by delivering exceptional products to both internal and external consumers.
The Technology Strategy & Transformation Analyst role involves collaborating with senior leadership to pinpoint technology innovation opportunities, develop technology and AI strategies, conduct competitive benchmarking, and oversee executive governance of strategic initiatives.
We are seeking team members who are passionate about problem-solving, innovation, and contributing to the development of a dynamic and innovative organization.
