Required Skills:

Use of graphics creatively and effectively
Writing stories with relentless attention to detail
Producing content for multiple platforms, including TV, internet, mobile, etc.
Working in fastpaced, open, team environment
Working with management and reporters to generate stories
Meeting daily deadlines in a high energy working environment
Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills, and the ability to execute news strategies and goals in daily newscasts
Be selfmotivated, passionate work well with others and be able to adapt to changing schedules
Must keep uptodate on local, state, national and international news
Other responsibilities as assigned
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to execute news strategies and goals in daily newscasts
Flexibility and onthespot problems solving abilities are a must

Experience:

Must have at least
one year of previous news producing experience at a commercial TV station
Proficient with newsroom systems such as iNews
Journalism degree preferred.
