We are currently seeking a full-time team member (m/f/d) to join our team in Koblenz as a Service/Repair Receptionist.


Responsibilities:

  • Receiving repair orders
  • Creating corresponding orders in the inventory management system
  • Providing advice to customers regarding service and repairs
  • Creating workshop invoices
  • Assisting with new bike distribution
  • Being a friendly point of contact for all customer inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Completed training and/or work experience related to the position is desirable
  • We welcome career changers, such as those from sales or reception backgrounds
  • Knowledge of bicycles and bike technology is preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Ability to handle pressure, flexibility, and teamwork
