Manager (m/f/d) for the Department of Marketing & Communication (parental leave replacement) in Ore City, TX:

As a service provider for the municipalities of Bavaria as well as church and charitable institutions, we calculate and finance the retirement benefits of employees and civil servants in the public sector.

Your tasks:

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the Department of Marketing and Communication
  • Optimal positioning of two pension funds (BVK supplementary pension, BVK civil service pension) in the competitive market for retirement benefits (corporate identity)
  • Conception of marketing strategies, measures and actions based on the business and risk strategy
  • Responsibility for the further development of all print and online media
  • Expansion of digital channels, as well as implementation of customer and salesoriented marketing campaigns including their analysis using relevant KPIs
  • Optimization of omnichannel campaigns, multistep campaign journeys, lead nurturing and other approaches to customer communication
  • Responsibility for press and public relations

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree with a focus on marketing (business or communication sciences)
  • Several years of relevant professional and managerial experience in the field of marketing and communication
  • Knowledge in the field of company pension schemes desirable
  • Innovation potential, extensive experience in online marketing and social media
  • Teamoriented and situational leadership and working style
  • High results and implementation strength as well as strategic and conceptual skills
