HR Intern for Transformation Program (f/m/d) (CORE)

Are you passionate about agile ways of working? This is an opportunity to be a part of a scaled agile transformation program with multiple Scrum teams. You will support these teams by sharing processes, methodologies, and best practices. You will also gain insight into the challenges of a globally operating group by actively participating in the Program PMO.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Agile Coaches within the Program PMO in daytoday tasks
Provide collaboration, facilitation, and coaching to support Scrum teams and agile ways of working
Prepare and (co)facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews/retrospectives within the Program PMO team
Support the development, preparation, and conduction of Agile trainings
