    Description

    This position will be responsible for leading NVISION clinics and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This role will assess RCM disciplines to ensure they are executed in an efficient manner providing leadership and guidance to field team members. The Senior Director will be responsible for developing and reporting metrics and health indicators of RCM to key stakeholders and executive leadership team. This position will oversee RCM operations, conduct assessment of services, technology, and personnel. Transformation of operational functions with scaling and standardization will be a highlighted focus of this role. This position requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and high performance in a fast- paced environment.

    Essential Job Duties Will Include (but not limited to):

    · Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of full revenue cycle management functional areas including patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, point of service collections, charge posting, payment posting and reconciliation, billing, accounts receivable and denial management.

    · Directs and controls activities throughout field RCM & billing team, examining processes to ensure accuracy and conformance to RCM policy and procedures. Proactive in identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions and developing field team members.

    · Reports RCM KPIs, and site-level RCM management to key stakeholders.

    · Oversee multiple RCM operational teams, both central & field, creating transformation roadmaps in conjunction with the leaders of individual businesses or functional areas. Accomplishes results with clear expectations for functional teams: planning, monitoring and appraising reporting and metrics; coaching, counseling, and performance management.

    · Plan and execute EMR system implementation to include conversion, system build, configuration, interfaces, testing and training through post go-live.

    · Develop and refine RCM integration "playbook" for potential M&A sites with a focus on transformation and scaling.

    · Ability to build strategic working relationships. Develops collaborative relationships with support center teammates to facilitate the accomplishment of work and drive RCM metrics.

    · Must have excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to work with minimal direction.

    Required Qualifications:

    10+ plus years of experience in Medical Billing & Collections.

    7+ years of experience in a leadership role or related experience required.

    Multi-site experience required

    Experience with multiple practice management software preferred (NextGen, HST, Modernizing Medicine etc.)

    Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    Proficient with Microsoft Office.

    *Able to travel up to 25% of the time and work onsite in our Aliso Viejo Support Center 3 days per week*
