Description
  • You will work with the most advanced Digital Transformation Technology in Booneville
  • You will inspire customers, together with our sales team, about the possibilities of modern CRM software
  • You will analyze and document customer requirements and define user-oriented business processes with a focus on Field Service / Customer Service
  • In collaboration with project management and developers, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individual customer requirements
  • You will support and train users
  • You will assist with the preparation of the go-live and provide support for any inquiries after implementation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Customer Engagement, ideally in an international environment
  • Experience in the areas of Field Service and Customer Service for Portals, Unified Service Desk (USD), Case Management, Queues, Knowledgebase, Contracts / SLAs, and Customer Service, as well as Field Service Planning, Inventory Management, and Mobile App (Resco)
  • Basic technical knowledge in software application development, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience using Microsoft business platforms and applications, such as apps or SharePoint
  • You have a degree in business (Master/Bachelor/BA) or a relevant education in IT or project management
