  • Monitoring and planning of construction projects in the field of building services, with a focus on heating, ventilation, and plumbing
  • Coordination and supervision of construction execution
  • Liaison between the construction site and project management
  • Instruction and coordination of subcontractors
  • Preparation of documentation and planning documents
  • Preparation of offers, procurement of materials, and invoicing
  • Coordination of processes during the construction phase
  • Work preparation and personnel management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Completed qualification in the field of building services, automation technology, or as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience as a manager is desirable
  • Proficiency in using computer applications
  • Possession of a class B driver's license
