Healthcare Professionals (m/f/d) for the
Osnabrück region:


Full-time, 35 hours/week

Your responsibilities:


  • Whether in person, on the phone, or online: you will advise our customers on all questions related to social security (health insurance benefits, longterm care insurance, insurance law, memberships, etc.).
  • In your daily work, you will handle general administrative tasks, such as in finance and accounting, insurance law, or sick pay calculation.
  • You will be responsible for processing requests for benefits from A (such as sick leave) to Z (such as dental prosthetics).
  • This contributes to the high satisfaction of insured persons and employers.

Your profile:


  • You have completed training in the healthcare sector, e.g. as a healthcare management assistant, medical/dental assistant, or nursing professional (m/f/d).
  • First knowledge in the field of social security is desirable.
  • Career changers, such as tax assistants, administrative assistants, legal and notary assistants, bank clerks, insurance clerks, or dialogue marketing clerks (m/f/d) are also welcome.
