Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer (BI Developer) to add to our Information Technology team.

The BI Developer will be responsible for developing code and maintaining the frontend software solutions that enhance our business operations.

You will work under the guidance of our Business Intelligence Architect and collaborate closely with key stakeholders.

Members of our Field Support Team are anything but "corporate", enjoying fun events like Wellness Wednesdays, Holiday Parties, and Bring Your Dog to Work Day.

What You'll Do:

Write clean, scalable, and welldocumented code
Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Conduct thorough analyses of market and business trends to provide actionable insights
Create and present comprehensive reports to executive leadership, aiding in informed decisionmaking
Identify and analyze gaps in data and processes, recommending solutions to enhance BI capabilities
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Architect, Lead Developer, and other departments to understand and document BI requirements
Perform site visits, when needed
Stay updated with the latest technologies and software development practice

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
24 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient with database technologies such as SQL
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor and work under pressure to handle critical issues in a timely manner
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
