WHAT TO EXPECT
As an HR administrator, you will support the HR department and assist with the management of employee information. You will work closely with HR professionals, management, and our employees.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing employee records, including personnel files and employee databases
  • Assisting with the management of HR transactions such as new hires, promotions, and terminations
  • Managing employee benefits such as vacation and sick leave, as well as payroll
  • Assisting with preparatory payroll tasks
  • Creating reports and statistics related to HR management
  • Assisting with compliance with labor laws and regulations

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with additional qualifications in HR
  • Some experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of tax,
