Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for branches of a large bakery in Bavaria
  • Lead and motivate the sales team
  • Expand the branch network with a focus on quality
  • Analyze sales data and develop measures to increase revenue
  • Coordinate marketing activities to increase brand presence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the food industry and branch management
  • Experience in leading and developing sales teams
  • Strong communication and motivation skills
