as Team Leader Insurance Public Transport (m/f/d) with deployment at
our location in Celle in full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for efficient handling of claims in bus accidents
Monitoring and coordination of claims processing, including timely submission and review of damage reports, as well as communication with our operations and other relevant parties
Monitoring and processing of property insurance within our company group
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal regulations in collaboration with the lawyers of our insurers
Identifying risks and developing strategies for damage prevention
Reporting on performance indicators, trends, and improvement opportunities
Coordinating processes, resources, and tasks for the team

Your profile:

Completed training as
Insurance Clerk or with a
comparable commercial qualification or with a
Bachelor's degree
Experience in claims handling in the insurance industry, ideally with a focus on vehicle accidents or with technical affinity
Good knowledge of insurance processes and guidelines
Communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with operations, departments, and business partners
Analytical thinking and solutionoriented, independent action
Organizational skills, flexibility, commitment, and teamwork
Good PC skills (MS Office and other software applications)
