Join our team We are currently looking for a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our
partner company located in Munich, starting as soon as possible.

This position will be filled through temporary employment, with an indefinite contract provided by zeitkraft. Our services, including support, placement, and all other services, are free of charge for you.


We recommend you to our partner and make it easier for you to enter, change, or return to the workforce.


Your responsibilities at our partner company:

  • Customer service on a national and international level (no new customer acquisition)
  • Processing of all customer and orderrelated tasks
  • Handling of complaints
  • Support of the sales team (preparing offers, arranging sample shipments)
  • Inventory management

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk, business studies degree, or equivalent education
  • Professional experience in an industrial company is desired
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP-R/3 module SD
  • Good German and English skills, additional language skills are a plus
  • Serviceoriented and costconscious work style
  • Communication skills and organizational skills
