Pay Rate:
$22.06-$25.15/hr dependent upon experience

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Pocono Center provides programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities.
Providing services in Monroe, Wayne, Pike, and Lackawanna counties, this position is responsible coordinating, developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating Individual Support Plans and behavior plans.

Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License required.
- Education
Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field and/or certification.
Completed relevant education and training programs, including but not limited to professional ethics, autism specific trainings, assessments training, crisis intervention, and family collaboration.
- Experience
Behavioral Analysis/Counseling and two years' experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must demonstrate appropriate Core Competencies.
