We are currently looking for:

Area Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Region Kassel, Paderborn, Bielefeld, Hannover, Braunschweig

Your responsibilities:

  • Sales of our extensive product portfolio
  • Consulting and maintenance of existing customers (specialized retailers)
  • Strategic acquisition of new customers and building customer relationships
  • Expansion of sales in the sales area
  • Followup of created offers and achieving a positive success rate
  • Presentation of the product range to customers
  • Independent management of all activities in your sales area
  • Conducting independent sales negotiations

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a technical/craft or commercial field with a strong technical understanding
  • Proactive sales professional with proven success as an area manager
  • Several years of experience in B2B environment in the building materials trade or in the constructionrelated supply industry
  • High sales and service orientation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • High social competence, confident appearance and convincing power
  • High level of commitment
  • Willingness to travel extensively, valid driver's license class B, willingness to stay overnight regularly (depending on place of residence and sales area)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems
