Your responsibilities:

  • Order processing: creating invoices, delivery notes, and orders
  • Storage of goods: using a merchandise management system
  • General office tasks
  • Phone calls with shipping companies and customers
  • You will take on both organizational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • You actively shape the structures and processes related to your work.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of wholesale and foreign trade / industrial clerk
  • Your work style is independent, precise, efficient, and successoriented.
  • You are very detailoriented and organized in following up with customer information.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills complete your profile.
