We are an internationally operating manufacturer of confectionery gift items with our business divisions Windel and Confiserie Heidel.

Our products are popular for special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's or Mother's Day, as well as throughout the year.

Windel GmbH & Co. KG is the main company of the family-owned Windel Group, with core competencies in sweet gifts, chocolate, and coffee. The Windel Group also includes the Farüchoc chocolate factory, Kim's Chocolates (Belgium), and the start-up Coffee-Bike.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Planning orders for hand production according to specifications
  • Organizing and managing a smooth production process
  • Ensuring timely completion of products
  • Determining product demand, taking into account seasonal trends and different product variations

You should bring the following qualifications:

  • Commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Quick comprehension and understanding of processes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Previous experience with Business Central is desirable
