- Professionally answer incoming phone calls and identify the needs of the caller to transfer accordingly
- Monitor and distribute voicemails left in the general phone mailbox
- Monitor the company's general email mailboxes. Read to understand the request and research to delegate to the appropriate person
- Work with the Customer Service Manager and Team Leader to manage the Customer Service team's workloads
- Manage and validate new customers from the ecommerce platform
- Communicate with customers to learn more about their use of Qosina products, request additional information, or to deny their request
- Research, validate and assign new customer opportunities in the CRM system
- Monitor and maintain the data integrity of all customer records, including resolving duplicate records

- 2 years' work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist or similar role
