Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) to support our project managers

We are a successful and constantly expanding company in the field of security technology (burglar alarm systems, fire warning/alarm systems, video surveillance and roof load warning systems). We develop customized and technically sophisticated security and service solutions for our clients. Our dedicated and competent work is the key to our success.

Become a part of our team and join us immediately as a Commercial Assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Support in planning and implementing projects
  • Preparation of offers in coordination with the responsible project managers
  • Follow-up of offers by phone and email
  • Creation of orders including transfer of all order-related data to the relevant internal and external departments
  • Creation and maintenance of order-related files/folders
  • Maintenance and changes of system data for systems and customers
  • Contact person for our customers and technicians
  • Preparation of project-related documents
  • Invoicing

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Digital and technical affinity (desirable)
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills and customer/service orientation/friendly demeanor
  • Good structured, organized and responsible
