Your Responsibilities:


  • You coordinate and manage your living area according to professional, organizational, and economic aspects
  • You ensure the quality of care processes
  • Accompanying new residents in their integration into the living area
  • Instruction, motivation, and development of your team
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures
  • You are a competent contact person for doctors, therapists, and relatives
  • You contribute to creating a positive living and working environment for our residents and your team

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training as a certified geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse
  • At least three years of professional experience in senior or nursing care
  • Advantageous: additional qualification for living area management; familiar with the application of legal requirements
  • Empathy and teamwork skills
  • Sense of responsibility and commitment to good care
